Zonta Service Foundation of Corvallis offers two scholarships of $500 per quarter to help cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies charged to a recipient's account at Linn Benton Community College.
Applicants for the scholarships must be a currently enrolled female students at Linn Benton Community College with one of the following Career Technical Education (Associate of Applied Science) majors: Civil Engineering Technology, Computer Aided Design & Drafting, Construction and Forestry Equipment Technology, Criminal Justice, Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technology, Machine Tool Technology, Mechantronics/Industrial Automation Technology, Network Systems Administration, Non-Destructive Test and Evaluation, Social Media Specialist, Visual Communication, Water, Environment and Technology, Web/Database Technology, or Welding and Fabrication Technology.

Zonta Service Foundation of Corvallis offers the Rusnak Scholarship and up to 10 Zonta Club STEM scholarships. These scholarships are earmarked for female students at OSU who have junior or senior standing entering 2019 Fall Term and are focused on a career in science, technology, engineering or math. LBCC students who are transferring to OSU in the fall of 2019 with junior or senior standing and meet other qualification criteria are eligible to apply. The scholarships offer $1000 per term for 3 terms to help cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies charged to the recipient's account at OSU.
The Zonta Service Foundation of Corvallis offers a minimum of three $3000 scholarships. Funds up to $1000 will be made available each quarter to help cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies charged to a recipient’s account at either Linn Benton Community College or Oregon State University.

From the Zonta Scholarship pool of applicants an additional scholarship, the Starns Scholarship, is given to a single parent attending LBCC with financial need.

The Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarships are awarded to women undertaking business studies who have demonstrated outstanding potential in the field. The Zonta Club of Corvallis offers a $3,000 scholarship. Zonta International offers scholarships of US$1,000 each at the district/region level and 12 international scholarships in the amount of US$7,000 each. Any woman undertaking a business and/or business-related program at an accredited university/college/institute, in at least the second year of an undergraduate program through the final year of a Master’s program at the time the application is submitted, is eligible to apply. In addition to the criteria for the international scholarship applicants must be residing in Oregon and currently enrolled for a minimum of 12 credits at OSU and/or LBCC.
Pre-college women (ages 16-19 as of April 1, 2020) in Linn and Benton counties are eligible for the Young Women in Public Affairs Award offered by the Zonta Club of Corvallis. Applications are due on March 6, 2020. This $1,500.00 scholarship is given to encourage young women students to enter careers in public affairs, public policy and community organizations. Eligibility criteria includes demonstration of superior leadership skills, commitment to community service and civic causes, and dedication to the advancement of the status of women.
Application to the Zonta Club of Corvallis scholarship also allows the winner of that award to be automatically submitted for consideration of our District 8 award of $1,500.00. District 8 includes British Columbia, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The Winner of the District scholarship is then automatically eligible for one of the ten Zonta International Scholarships of $4,000.00.
Zonta Service Foundation of Corvallis is accepting scholarship applications. A $1500 scholarships is being offered in memory of Kathleen F. and Edward H. Heath, both were educators and supporters of Zonta and its mission. The scholarship is $500 per quarter to help cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies charged to a recipient's account at either Linn Benton Community College or Oregon State University. For LBCC/OSU degree partnership students, the total payment can be divided between the two institutions.
